“ I don’t wanna give any low ratings only due to the fact that I got along with every one that worked there, had good relations it was a great experience got to learn a lot on the job with the forklifts sit down and stand up very good experience all aside I got FIRED because I got product free from the food bank & sold it on fb, food bank has no policy rule for employees to sale product, I came on through an agent ONIN staffing I get a call from them saying that the food bank had no explanation as in to why they let me go witch I thought was very strange but overall im not gonna fight it it’s just a sign for me in my life to move onto something better brighter for my future I have no negative comments for the Rio Grande valley food bank cause they treated me with the up most respect. I hope the food bank grows to be better in the future as well, There was 3 people that got targeted for doing the same thing & I just feel that I took the bullet for everyone that did the same ”

“ First appointments at 9am. They do go by appointment. Can park out front but don’t block docks. Office opens at 8:30. Will back in door 1 or 2. DONT BREAK SEAL! ”
“ It is a place to go when you don't make ends meet and don't have enough groceries. They provide you with some food essentials for free. Good food not spoiled. The attendants treat you with respect they don't look down at you. They are always looking for volunteers! Great way to help the community especially those in need! ”
“ I came in the end of day without appointment at 4:30pm on Monday. They are still unloading me after their office hours! Very hard working people in this warehouse and super friendly & front desk lady!! Will work with them again! ”
